 World Showdance Competition 1995The 1995 World Showdance Championship was held in Baden-Baden, Germany. Brian and Brigitt's unique Africa number, choreographed by Ruud Vermeij, was very controversial at the time. It was choreographed without shoes, in order to make it more earthy and related to the character of the music and the dance. But shoes were required in competition. After the rehearsal with the invigilator, the couple was ordered to wear dance shoes. |
